International Legal Support

For two decades, Ephraim supported global operations of sophisticated businesses, and through these efforts gained substantial experience managing legal and compliance matters across jurisdictions. He was responsible for negotiating contracts and delivering legal and compliance trainings in dozens of countries; setting up compliance and channel partner audit programs in China and Latin America; spearheading patent litigation in Germany, France, and Italy; managing teams of professionals in Asia, Canada, Mexico, and Europe; and supporting the IPO of a Japan-based company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. He has the knowledge and contacts to help US-based companies with their international operations, including implementing or improving overseas compliance programs; defining and executing global patent and trademark strategies; and identifying appropriate local counsel for litigation and internal investigations.
